one of the best course for health professional

Horrible advice to say pay should not be discussed in the office when discussion of pay and salary with coworkers is a federally protected right.

As someone who is completely new to all of this and quite nervous being 30 years old and haven't taken a class or anything since I was about 16 years old, I was pleasantly surprised to have such an easy to follow along with course and the way the instructor conveyed all the lessons kept me highly motivated to keep showing up and taking extensive notes helped me immensely. It also made me really proud of myself for finally taking that leap and finally learning a skill that will benefit me in the long run. I was a little unsure at first but I am now looking ahead and planning to go for my CPC (Certified Professional Coder) exam in the future as soon as possible. So thank you so much for having this course up because I was at a loss as to what to do with my life and this course really helped me find a potential career that I can be happy in and not to mention, an actual livable wage and I don't have a livable wage at the moment and so it is more motivation for me. So, in short, I'd love to just say thank you for helping me gain more marketable skills and thing to put on my resume and helping so many others like me to do the same.

Hi mi name is Roddy R Tejeda, the only thing i would like to say about this course, is: if you want to improve your soft-skills like: - Communications - Team Work - Respect your coworkers and patients - be more professional - Ect. or as the course title: Improve your Professionalism in Allied Health. This is the course, Easy and with all the points you need to know, specially if you already work on a Health company, in my case I'm a Dental Assistant and definitely i will use each tip, advice, etc... of this course.

Part 1 of this course provides a comprehensive foundation in professional best practices and codes of conduct applicable to any career. It covers essential skills such as respect, communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and teamwork. By focusing on these areas, it prepares you to navigate various professional environments effectively and ethically.

This is an outstanding course on professionalism in the workplace. Proper communication is definitely a life skill that can be useful beyond the workplace. This was a very positive and uplifting course for those entering the workforce or for those needing to get unstuck.

This course clearly describes the expected conduct of an Allied Health Professional and presents the material in a way that is intuitive to follow. The information is outlined logically and the modules provide the exact amount of detail needed to learn each topic.

The way of telling and explaining is a very, very good way, and the 3d version of telling us the manners with it is too let us know how the right words to say, but I feel if we asked more in the 3d video, it would be very much more useful, but it's overall good.

Amazing way to set the foundation and basics to understanding the workplace. Things that you would think are common sense are not once put in the real world scenarios. Love the mental health and common courtesies that this course taught!

Informative, and well processed information, its not overwhelming which is one of the most important things to me when it comes to learning new things.

It is helpful since there are some topics that are new along with definitions that may sound like it is correct but turns out to be different
